CorporateID LLC Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CorporateID LLC Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully, as they govern your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form and be approved by CorporateID LLC. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

2. How It Works

  • Sign Up: After registration, you will receive marketing materials to share with potential customers.
  • Earn Commission: You will earn a 20% commission on the gross profit of each sale made by customers you refer. Gross profit is calculated as Revenue minus Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Personal Orders: You can earn a commission on your own personal or company purchases by referring yourself.
  • Lifetime Earnings: Customers referred by you will be tied to your account, and you’ll earn commissions on all future purchases made by them.

3. Example Commission Calculation

For example, if a customer purchases $2,000 worth of products and the COGS is $1,000, your commission would be:

  • $2,000 - $1,000 = $1,000 (Gross Profit)
  • $1,000 x 20% = $200 Commission

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid monthly at the end of each month with a 14 day grace period.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed either by check or electronically. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.
  • No Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates will receive monthly payouts, regardless of the amount earned.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings.

5. Marketing and Promotion

Affiliates may promote CorporateID’s products using approved marketing materials. Any form of fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misrepresentation of CorporateID’s brand.

6. Reporting

CorporateID LLC will provide monthy reports of all affiliate referal sales.

7. Termination of Affiliate Status

CorporateID LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unethical practices or violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

CorporateID LLC makes no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of the affiliate program. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.

Hold Harmless Clause: By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to hold CorporateID LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your participation. CorporateID LLC is not responsible for any technical issues affecting the tracking of referrals or the calculation of commissions.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

10. Amendments

CorporateID LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and CorporateID LLC regarding the affiliate program, superseding any prior agreements.
